Investigation is at the heart of our approach
Ekeko’s methodology is based on a process of co-constructive and participative surveys and investigations.
There are four phases to this approach:
- consideration and analysis of the current position of your company,
- recommendations,
- definition of the operational action plan,
- implementation of action and follow-up.
We define our clients’ project objectives together, based on their needs as they express them.
We methodically identify the most relevant sources of information for them, we compile and cross-reference the data collected, we analyze the risks and benefits of potential decisions and we present arguments to facilitate possible strategic choices.
All the data collected are validated in interviews with the key resource individuals, who will have been identified and validated with the client.

- demonstration of the company’s risks and opportunities in its target market,
- discussion of the suggested areas of focus with the client means they can be immediately validated or rejected. This makes the research extremely precise and considerably shortens the time spent on the whole process,
